Teaches the student how to conduct and interpret exercise testing protocols. The course emphasizes how to evaluate the health related components of physical fitness: cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. In addition, liability and safety issues are also covered. Prerequisite: PE 201 & MATH 022 or higher with grades of C or higher; Eligibility for enrollment in ENGL 101; or, approval from the Discipline Lead.
