  This one semester course affords the student and instructor the flexibility to collaborate in creating an individualized plan of learning that builds upon previous course work within the discipline, expands the student's knowledge in an area of interest and/or promotes continued personal development. The course is designed to broaden the scope of the regularly scheduled course offerings within the discipline. A contract for individualized learning is developed collaboratively between the instructor and student and submitted to the Division Dean for consideration.
